RATHER YOU NEED 24/7 ...MEANS EVERY POSSIBLE MOMENT INTO MEDITATION .
NOW IF YOU ARE A WORKING PERSON OR EVEN A HOUSEWIFE ..HOW WILL U MEDITATION 24/7 ?
EASY WAYS
1)MEDITATE IN CLOSED ROOM IF U HAVE TIME ..OTHER WISE .JUST BE VERY WATCHFUL TO EVERY ACTION AND REACTION OF YOUR BEING .
2) PRACTICE DEEP RHYTHMIC BREATHING IN EVERY POSSIBLE MOMENT
WHILE WALKING .COOKING ,BATHING ,EATING ,WATCHING TV ,RESTING ,IN OFFICE ......WHILE TRAVELLING
3)TRY TO GET LESS ATTACHED TO YOUR THOUGHTS ,SPECIALLY IF THEY ARE NEGATIVE .
4) LOOK AROUND AND OBSERVE DEEPLY .....
MEDITATION IS NOTHING BUT ...BARE ATTENTION TO WHAT EVER IN HAPPENING WITHIN AND AROUND U ......WITHOUT ANY ADDITION OR SUBTRACTION
ZEN HAS MANY MEANINGS ON NET OR IN BOOKS ......
BUT WHAT I FELT DURING MY PROCESSING WAS ...BEING AWARE OF EVERY BREATH AND SURROUNDING ....EVERY MOMENT ....
CONTINUOUS HITTING..SSSSS ....OPENS THE INNER DOORS OF YOUR ABUNDANT CONSCIOUSNESS
