HOLD MY HANDS AND HELP ME LORD IN CROSSING THIS PATH AND REACHING BACK HOME . ( THY WILL BE DONE)

To enter in the inner journey is the most difficult task .And to move continuously into it crossing all obstacles IS THE TOUGHEST .There is total darkness . The path is totally unknown and so is its challenges .Many a times the bhakta feels totally helpless .He don't understand what to do , which way to go and how to move forward towards light . In this state many a times the bhaktas cries with deep agony and pain and helplessness .On the periphery the bhakta looks completely OK but within he is fighting continuously with the appallingly storm which is happening within him .No body listen to these cries or understand about

 the states of the bhakta.
TO BHAKTAS- If you are going through this pace of your inner journey then don't panic.You have the love , faith and dedication within you that's why you have reached till here .Brighten more the light of your love torch with deep faith ,pray to lord to help you, to guide you and to hold your hands in this darkness . Call the supreme lord or guru for help with pure love , surrendering totally in HIS lotus feet . Suddenly in this darkest point you will feel the presence of lord near you .You will rise in light .you will come out of that dimension and will rise in more lighter and brighter plane ._()_ hariom

प्रकृति से परमात्मा तक

    अगर परमात्मा  हमारे पिता हैं तो प्रकृति हमारी माँ हैं .दुनिया में जब बच्चे का जनम होता हैं तो सबसे पहले उसका मिलन उसकी माँ से होता हैं ,फिर माँ उसे अपने पिता से परिचित कराती हैं  .उसी तरह जैसे जैसे हम प्रकृति के समीप होते जाते हैं ,हम परमपिता के करीब भी होते जाते हैं  . साधक जब परमपिता की तरफ अपने कदम बढ़ता हैं तो सबसे पहले वह प्रकृति के करीब आता हैं .चाद ,तारे ,हवा ,धुप पेड़ पौधे सभी उसके मित्र और गुरु बन जाते हैं .सभी उसकी इस अभूतपूर्व यात्रा के सहायक बन जाते हैं. भगवान  में मिलने से पहले भीतर भगवता आनी  जरुरी हैं . और यह भगवता तुम्हे कोई और नहीं सीखता बल्कि प्रकृति खुद सीखती हैं  .
भ - भूमि तुम्हे भार को धरना सीखती हैं .गंभीर बनो , भीतर धर्य धरो .
ग -  गगन   तुम्हे विस्तृत होना सीखता हैं ,विशाल बनने की सीख देता हैं .
व  -वायु तुम्हे बहना सीखता हैं . चाहे कोई भी परिस्तिथि हो तुम सदैव हलके रहो बहते   रहो .कोई चयन मत बनायो अगर तुम संत हो तो साधको और शैतानो दोनों के बीच एक सामान ही रहो .
आ   -अग्नि हर बुरे भाव ,विचार और बीती हुए बातो को भुला या जला  देने की सीख देता हैं .अग्नि का गुण हैं की उसकी लौ  सदैव उपर की तरफ ही जलती हैं .यह लौ तुम्हे हर पल परमपिता की तरफ बढ़ने की सीख देती हैं .
न  - नीर -नीर तुम्हे क्या सीख देता हैं ? पानी हर परिस्तिथि में बहता रहता हैं समुद्र से मिलने के लिए .उसके रास्ते में बड़े बड़े पत्थर आये या नीचे पथरीली जमीन हो ,वह फ़िक्र नहीं करता बस बहता जाता हैं .यानि एक साधक के जीवन में भी उसकी परिस्तिथिया कठिन होंगी ही ..पथरीली होंगी ही पर उसे बहते जाना हैं .

प्रकृति के बच्चे भी कुछ कम  नहीं सीखते . कई बुद्धो ने यह बात हमें सिखाई  हैं .बड़े ही प्रेम से सिखाई हैं .

रहीम कहते हैं -तरुवर फल नहिं खात है, सरवर पियहि न पान।

कहि रहीम पर काज हित, संपति संचहि सुजान।
अर्थ: कविवर रहीम कहते हैं कि जिस तरह  पेड़ कभी स्वयं अपने फल नहीं खाते और तालाब कभी अपना पानी नहीं पीते उसी तरह सज्जनलोग दूसरे के हित के लिये संपत्ति का संचय करते हैं।
कबीर कहते हैं - बड़ा हुआ तो क्या हुआ जैसे पेड़ खजूर ,पंथी को छाया नहीं फल लगे अति दूर .
अर्थ - संत कबीर कहते हैं की सिर्फ बड़े होने से कुछ नहीं होता .जैसे खजूर का पेड़ इतना बड़ा होता हैं पर  वह किसी न तो किसी यात्री को फल देता हैं न ही छाया देता हैं .
साधक जब भी उलझन में हो और कोई रास्ता न सूझे तो प्रकृति के पास बैठ कर उसे बड़े गौर से देखना .जब तूफान आता हैं तो सभी पेड़ पौधे झुक जाते हैं .यह हमें क्या सीखते हैं ? यही न की जब भीतर तूफान हो तो उस से लड़ो मत बस झुक जाओ ..उसे जाने दो और फिर से खड़े होकर साधना में या अपने दैनिक कार्य में प्रेम से लग जाओ .
कोई पेड़ पर पत्थर मारे तो पेड़ उसे बदले में पत्थर नहीं मारता। उसी तरह कोई तुम्हे पत्थर मारे  तो तुम शांत रहो .स्वं पर भरोसा रखो .
हम अगर चाहे तो प्रकृति के स्व भाव को देख कर क्या नहीं सीख सकते .हम हर पल उस में जी रहे हैं उसे देख रहे हैं पर उसके स्व भाव को समझ नहीं रहे .
परमात्मा की बात छोड़ो आज प्रकृति की बात करते हैं .तुम उसे रोज़ देख रहे हो ,महसूस कर रहे हो ,सुन रहे हो बस उसे समझ नहीं पा रहे हो .जिस दिन तुम प्रकृति को समझने लगोगे तुम्हे तुम्हारे अनगिनत उलझनों का जवाब मिल जायेगा

आनंद गंगा

आसू और हसी वो दो माध्यम हैं जिस से सुख या दुःख की अभिव्यक्ती होती हैं .जब परमात्मा का प्रेम एक झरने के सामान भक्त के हृदय की तरफ बहने लगता हैं ,तो यह पल भक्त के लिए अति आनंद का पल होता हैं .यह एक अभूतपूर्व अनुभव होता हैं .भीतर परमात्मा ऐसे बहता  हैं, जैसे शिवलिंग  पर लगातार दूध की धारा बह रही हो . ऐसे आनंद से शरीर  मृतपाय हो जाता हैं .सारी  उर्जा सिमट कर त्रिनेत्र पर चली आती हैं  और बाकि पूरा शरीर मृत समान हो जाता हैं .ऐसी स्थिति में आँखों से लगातार आसू  बहने लगते हैं .त्रिनेत्र शिव का केंद्र हैं यानि निराकार  परमात्मा का केंद्र हैं और आंखे भी इसी केंद्र से चालित होती हैं .जब कोई  बुद्ध या कोई सच्चा भक्त समाधी की अवस्था में हो और उसकी आँखों से झर झर आसू बह रहा  हो , तो समझ लेना की उसकी भीतर की आंख, शिव का दर्शन कर रही हैं .और यह भ्रम भी मत रखना  की समाधी केवल आंखे बंद कर के, बैठे या सोये हुए अवस्था में ही होती हैं .एक जागा हुआ व्यक्ति सदैव ही समाधिस्त  रहता हैं . चाहे वह जागृत अवस्था में  हो या सोया हुआ हो  .चाहे वह बीच बाज़ार में हो या साधको के बीच प्रवचन करता हुआ हो  .या फिर रोज़ मर्रा का दैनिक कार्य करता हुआ हो  .एक सच्चे भक्त के आसू एक गहन प्रेम की निशानी हैं .यह मन के सोचे समझे   दुःख या सुख की अभिव्यक्ति नहीं हैं .यहाँ आसू कमजोरी की निशानी नहीं हैं बल्कि भीतर निराकार होने की अनुभूति की निशानी हैं .एक भक्त अपनी अनुभूतियो से जुड़ा  हो सकता हैं। परन्तु एक  बुद्ध तो अपने शरीर से होने वाले अभिव्यक्तियों से भी परे होता हैं . वह न तो उसे सॊच समझ कर प्रकट करता हैं न ही उनके बहने या प्रकट होने में बाधा डालता हैं .सभी भाव उस पर  बादलो के समान आते हैं और चले जाते हैं और वह एक विशाल आकाश के समान सदैव ही अनछुवा रहता हैं .

जब भीतर शिव बहते हैं ....तो आँखों से गंगा बहने लगती हैं .

प्रेम

परमात्मा  के प्रेम को समझने के लिए पहले किसी इंसान से प्रेम करना बेहद जरुरी होता हैं .जब कोई किसी से प्रेम करता हैं तो वह विलीन होने की ,घुल जाने की कला को सीख लेता हैं .एक बार जब आत्मा किसी अन्य आत्मा के संग घुल जाती हैं dissolve हो  जाती हैं .तो वह परमात्मा में  भी घुल जाने की कला को सीख लेती हैं .इस लिए परमात्मा से मिलना हैं तो प्रेम के भाव को समझना जरुरी हैं.
प्रेम के भाव को भी समझना हैं, तो प्रेम भी टूट कर  करना .पूरी तरह अपने को प्रेम के भाव में समर्पित कर देना .खुद को पूरी तरह उस में बहने को छोड़ देना .तुम्हारे   इस गहन प्रेम को  तुम्हारा प्रेमी या प्रेमिका समझे या न समझे परमात्मा उसका साक्षी अवश्य रहता हैं .तुम्हे तुम्हारा प्रेम यहाँ मिले या न मिले मगर परमात्मा तुम्हे अवश्य मिल जाता हैं .इस लिए किसे से भी प्रेम करो तो टूट कर करना केवल प्रेम ही बन जाना .प्रेम अपने संग बहुत  सारे  भाव ले कर आएगा .तुम उन सब भाव को जीते हुए देखना .कोई धारणा मत बनाना की प्रेम में केवल प्रेम ही होता हैं .प्रेम अपने भीतर कई सारे  भावो को ले कर आता हैं .इर्ष्या ,क्रोध ,रूठना ,मनाना ,प्रेम में घुल जाना फिर रोने लगना ,आनंदित होना ,धन्यवाद देना  सब आता हैं .प्रेम की  एक पैकेज होती हैं .जैसे जैसे प्रेम में प्रवेश करोगे यह  पैकेज तुम्हारे सामने खुलने लगेगी .इस प्रेम की गठरी को भी बड़े प्रेम से खोलना और जीना .प्रेम मार्ग में तुम गहरे दुःख और सुख से गुजरोगे .सब जीना .इस मार्ग को आधा पार  करते ही तुम्हे परमात्मा के दर्शन होने लगेगे .बस बढ़ते जाना . प्रेम के उस द्वार पर तुम अपने प्रेमी के माध्यम से परमात्मा में प्रवेश कर लोगे .अति आनंद के पल होगे .यह तुम्हारे जीवन का परमानन्द पल होगा .प्रेम में प्रेमी ,या प्रेम करने वाला राधा बन जाता हैं और उसका संगी कृष्ण .जिस तरह राधा कृष्ण से टूट कर प्रेम करती थी ,प्रेमी भी उसी प्रकार खुद को कृष्ण रुपी संगी को खुद को समर्पित कर देता हैं .और अन्तः कृष्ण में ही विलीन हो जाता हैं .

what is satori ?

Satori are glimpses of  Truth .One who has attained enlightenment gets  multiple small visions , of different dimensions of truth .satori is like small blasts of BIG BANG within .Each satori opens new  deeper doors of Truth within the Buddha .The soul enters  deeper and deeper in the SUPREME WOMB BY each satori .Its like salt has fallen in the supreme sea and now slowly its dissolving .Each satori gives great expansion and silence within . A Buddha experiences satori  in deep trance state and as satori occurs it takes the Buddha  in the deepeer state of  samadhi ,where it  experiences the feeling of   dissolving   in much deeper and vastest dimension of TRUTH . Each satori gives a feeling of deep silence and bliss within . The experience of satori are not same of each Buddha .A Buddha can have multiple satoris till he is alive in the body .As the body goes he enters in the deeper state of supreme bliss or womb .
MY EXPERIENCES  - I have experienced multiple satori till now .After my enlightenment things started occurring very fast in my inner life .My soul was shooting towards supreme truth with great speed .As it was shooting towards and within Truth many developments and changes were being done on my body mind level .I experienced satori many times but was not knowing that this process of dissolving is called satori .I used to share the very periphery of my  experience to my husband telling him that THE SALT AGAIN HAS DISSOLVED . The real experience of these experiences can never be explained or shared .It just can be lived .

IS LIFE REALLY BEAUTIFUL ?

Spiritual masters teaches " LIFE IS BEAUTIFUL .ITS A BLESSING, USE IT FULLEST". Many a times I have found seekers in a puzzled mode after hearing this . In all likelyhood they are not able to relate properly with this wisdom of ours because they are puzzled ,disturbed ,hassared by the society and by people who are near and dear to them .HOW CAN ONE REALIZE WITHIN THAT LIFE IS BEAUTIFUL ? 
MAYA is an illusionary web ,its  like a transparent membrane which holds all forms ,humans .MAYA has great elasticity .A seeker puts its  effort to come out of it .He tries his level best to tear it apart .As he makes effort to tear it ,the web puts its effort to pull him back in its illusionary world using the mind of the seeker  as its device .  
A seeker needs to strive again and again  and move forward with more effort.  His faith ,love and dedication  towards GOD will be his helping and supporting tools in achieving his GOAL OF SELF REALIZATION .
Through meditation and contemplation a vast space is created within a seeker. washing away all his impurities of mind .Making him sharp and one pointed .His energy rushes very fast towards LORD and touches the energy of higher dimensions .He feels showering of bliss within and realizes the beauty of bliss ,love and life . In short you can only feel the beauty of life when your mind is clear from clumsiness of all concepts / thoughts and you are beautiful within ._()_ HARIOM

Like a child a seeker wants all its wishes to be fulfilled .But its not necessary that all your demands will be fulfilled by lord .HE knows what is best for his child .He holds his children in his hands and protects them .Just like parents, Lord doesn't fulfill all your demand he only grants those wishes which will be helpful in your inner growth . If you are on the path of self search and things are not happening as per your ways then understand that its blessing in disguise from lord .Thank your guiding angels ,your sadguru and other divine souls who are protecting you and guiding you ,walking with you in invisible way .May be you will not be able to see them but ys certainly you must have felt them many a times in your life . _()_ sadguru tere ishq mei mai kurban
