ARE YOU SPENDING TIME WITH PAIN AND MISERY ?
Hmmm okkk this is also fine .This moment pain is your fellow mate ..now make pain your best friend and live its presence very very aware fully. Live it with full intensity and accept that you are in pain . If you really want to dive within then make pain your method of meditation . when you are in deep pain then don't fight with it .. become a spy of self and investigate within ...How my mind is working this moment ? what types of thoughts are coming in my mind ? what is the rhythm of my breath ? is it very fast or normal or very slow ? where in my body I am feeling pain ? what is the source of my pain ? keep investigating while tears are flowing from your eyes or your heart is aching .......let them respond to emotion of pain .don't stop your tears ......don't stop your mind ...JUST WATCH AND TRY TO INVESTIGATE .....MAKE PAIN YOUR METHOD OF MEDITATION . Feel within ...one part of me is body and other part of me is consciousness .Let your consciousness witness your body mind .
