HOW TO RAISE YOUR SPIRITUAL AWARENESS IN DAILY LIFE

I AM GIVING YOU FEW TIPS TO RAISE YOUR SPIRITUAL AWARENESS LEVEL
1- CHOOSE A SILENT PLACE AND MEDITATE EVERY DAY FOR AT LEAST 40 MINUTES .
YOU CAN CHOOSE ANY MEDITATION THAT SUITS YOU .ACTIVE MEDITATION OR PASSIVE MEDITATION .

2- BEFORE MEDITATING TAKE FEW DEEP BREATH AND TRY TO CONNECT YOUR SELF WITH THE SURROUNDING WHERE YOU ARE .

3- DO SOME DEEP BREATHING EXERCISES DAILY .
I WILL RECOMMEND DYNAMIC MEDITATION  PROPOUNDED BY OSHO .THIS WILL HELP YOU IN RELEASING YOUR NEGATIVITY AND EXPANDING YOUR INNER BEING .

4- WATCHFULNESS - TRY TO KEEP WATCH ON THE PATTERN ON WHICH  YOUR BODY   AND MIND REACTS .
 WHICH TYPES OF THOUGHTS OR REACTION APPEARS FROM YOUR BODY MIND MOST OF THE TIME ?
DOES YOUR MIND REACTS FREQUENTLY IN NEGATIVE PATTERN ? IS IT  IN  THE GRIP OF FEAR ?   IF YES THEN 


5-TRY TO CHANGE ITS PATTERN FROM NEGATIVE TO POSITIVE .YOU CAN VERY EASILY CHANGE IT BY REPLACING IT BY POSITIVE THOUGHTS . TRY TO FREE YOUR MIND FROM OLD PATTERN OF THINKING .

9- TRY TO BE IN  COMMUNION WITH SPIRITUAL SEEKERS . MEDITATE AND SHARE WITH THEM .



10- CONNECT MORE AND MORE WITH NATURE . SIT OR WALK IN ANY PARK .WATCH THE CLOUDS ,FLOWING WINDS ,BIRDS CHIRPING ,BEAUTIFUL FLOWERS AND FEEL YOU ARE ONE OF THEM .
